Understand the scraping method of sliding bearings
Before scraping and grinding the sliding bearing, carefully check whether the journal is smooth, whether the oil-free bearing has rust, bumps and other defects, if any, try to eliminate it first.
Check the contact between the journal and the shaft, and check the method. Apply a thin layer of display agent (such as Hongdan powder, Hongqian oil, etc.) on the shaft diameter, then install the journal in the bearing, and turn it forward and reverse by hand. Rotate the self-lubricating bearing for two or three turns, take out the shaft, and check the distribution of the coloring points on the bearing.
When the sliding bearing is scraped and ground, the principle should be adopted according to the situation, first heavy and then light, scraping the heavy sliding bearing and leaving the light, scraping the big and leaving the small. The first few times, the hand can be heavier and scrape off more metal to get better contact faster.
When the contact area reaches 50%, it should be scraped lightly. After each scraping, wipe the tile surface, and then apply the display agent on the journal to check and check, and then scrape and grind according to the contact situation until it meets the technical requirements.
The display agent can be used for the scraping inspection of the sliding bearing, but for the precision bearing with high requirements on the contact point, the display agent cannot be used in the final stage of scraping. Because, after the display agent is applied, the colored dots on the bearing are too large, and it is difficult to judge the actual contact situation. The journal can be wiped clean, placed directly in the bearing for checking, and then the shaft is taken out. You can see the bright spot on the bearing, which is the contact point. The bright spots are then scraped and ground until they meet the technical requirements. Sliding bearings are constantly being used.
