Methods for preventing rust of self-lubricating bearings

First, in order to prevent the self-lubricating bearing from rusting, the surface should be pretreated:
Proper cleaning methods must be selected according to the nature of the surface of the object to be rusted and the prevailing conditions. The commonly used methods are solvent cleaning, chemical treatment cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
After cleaning, it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air, or dried with a dryer at 120~170 ℃, or wiped with clean gauze.
In addition, antirust oil can be applied as follows:
Some small articles are immersed in antirust grease to make the self-lubricating bearing surface adhere to a layer of antirust grease. The oil film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the antirust grease.
Brush coating method:
For outdoor building equipment or products with special shapes that are not suitable for immersion or spraying, pay attention not only to avoid accumulation, but also to prevent leakage when self lubricating bearings are painted.
Some large rust preventives cannot be oiled by immersion method. Generally, filtered compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa is used for spraying in air clean places.
The spray method is applicable to solvent diluted antirust oil or thin antirust oil, but perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures must be taken for self-lubricating bearings.
