1. The pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sliding bearing is large. For the forced lubricated bearing bush, the lubricating oil itself has a certain pressure, and the oil will generate air bubbles when the shaft is running to generate a certain pressure. When the motor is running, a certain negative pressure will be generated due to the action of the fan, thereby increasing the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the oil chamber, resulting in oil leakage. In order to balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the oil chamber, a vent pipe is provided between the oil chamber and the outside to balance the pressure difference, but blockage will occur during use, which will increase the pressure in the oil chamber and cause oil leakage. Regularly check whether the balance pipe is loose and clean the fuel tank vent pipe in time.

2. The oil pressure adjustment is not in place, resulting in poor oil return. Too high or too low oil pressure will result in poor oil return. If the oil pressure is too low, the oil will stay in the oil chamber for too long, and the temperature will rise during the operation of the shaft, which will cause oil mist to cause the pressure to be too high; if the oil pressure is too high, the oil return capacity will be insufficient, and the oil chamber The oil storage volume in the middle is too large, and the oil level is too high to increase the internal pressure. Adjust the forced lubrication pressure to 0.1 ~ 0.8MPa, so that the oil level of the oil chamber is at the position of 1/2 ~ 1/3 of the sight glass, and it is advisable to keep the oil return smooth.

3. The wear of the contact surface between the sealing oil block and the shaft makes the gap too large; the oil return hole in the sealing oil block is too small or the impurities are blocked, which cannot meet the actual oil return amount. Replace the sealing oil block and reform the sealing oil block. Change the material of the contact surface between the sealing oil block and the shaft, and replace it with a wear-resistant material; increase the oil return hole to meet the actual oil return needs.

4. During the installation of the sliding bearing, the sealing between the oil block and the oil chamber sealed between the upper tile cover and the lower tile cover of the bearing box is not properly handled; long-term operation leads to loosening of the fastening bolts and deterioration of the sealant, which leads to The seal is not tight. In the process of reassembly, the contact surface adopts a sealant with reliable performance, and applies it evenly and in an appropriate amount. When re-installing, be sure to clean the original sealant before applying new sealant. Prevent oil leakage from the motor sliding bearing.
