It can be used for wear-resistant parts under high load (below 20Mpa) and low sliding speed (8m/s), such as connecting rods, bushes, bearings, gears, worm gears, etc.
ZCuPb15Sn8: In the absence of a smoothing agent and a water-based smoothing agent, the sliding properties and self-smoothing function are poor, easy to cut, less forging functions, and poor corrosion resistance to dilute sulfuric acid. Bearings with low surface pressure and side pressure can be used to make copper cold tubes for cold rolling mills, parts with impact resistance up to 50Mpa, bimetallic bearings for internal combustion engines, mainly used for piston pin sleeves with the smallest load up to 70Mpa.
