Bearing equipment has relatively high requirements for lubricating oil, so when selecting bearings, the following principles need to be followed:
1. The greater the bearing load of the bearing, the higher the viscosity of the selected lubricating oil. In the case of low speed and heavy load, it is necessary to consider the allowable bearing capacity of the oil;
2. The bearing's working temperature varies greatly, and oils with high viscosity index can be used. When working under high temperature, oils with high viscosity and flash point, good oil resistance and oxidation stability, and corresponding additives should be used. Under low temperature conditions, low temperature resistant oils with low viscosity and low water content and low freezing point should be selected;
3. The working environment of the bearing, in humid and foggy environments, oils with strong anti-emulsification, oiliness and rust resistance should be selected. In dusty environments, attention should be paid to dust and seals. For corrosion Gas, you should choose oil with better corrosion resistance;
4. The higher the moving speed of the bearing, the easier it is to form an oil wedge. In order to ensure the existence of the oil film, a low-viscosity lubricant can be used. If the viscosity is too high, the impedance will be large and the heat emitted will cause more Temperature is too high. When running at low speed, a higher viscosity lubricant should be used to carry the load.
The operation of bearings mainly depends on lubricating oil. Only proper lubricating oil can guarantee the normal operation of bearings, and protect the use of bearings, and extend their service life.
