Bimetallic bearing is one of the oil-free lubrication bearings. The product is made of bimetallic strip of copper and steel, which is made of high-quality low carbon steel back as the matrix, sintered lead tin bronze alloy on the surface, sintered several times at high temperature and rolled compactly. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and strong self-lubricating ability. It is especially suitable for heavy load, low speed, reciprocating or swinging and other occasions where it is difficult to lubricate and form oil film. It is also not afraid of water erosion and other acid erosion.
Because the base plate is made of low carbon steel, the machining accuracy of the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is guaranteed. Moreover, after the product is installed into the seat hole, it does not need to be fixed by screws, and the phenomenon of outer circle can be prevented by interference fit. The change of chemical composition of inner surface alloy layer can meet the requirements of different load-bearing pressure, different service temperature and different sliding speed. In the production of friction surface, the design of oil groove and oil hole with different structure can meet the requirements of different refueling methods and prevent the phenomenon of shaft biting.
